This Privacy Notice for Tuff j.d.o.o. (operating as TUFF) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we may access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal data when you use our services (“Services”), including when:

  • Visit our website at https://tuff.hr or any of our websites that link to this Privacy Notice

  • Use fitness equipment and gym accessories. Online fitness store offering a range of gym equipment and accessories, including dumbbells, racks, and workout equipment for home and commercial use.

  • Communicate with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events

The company is responsible for processing personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette no. 42/18).

Sensitive data. We do not process sensitive data.

Payment information. Automatically collected data

In short: Some data—such as your internet protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics—is automatically collected when you visit our Services.

The data we collect includes:

  • Log and usage data. Log and Usage Data are service, diagnostic, usage, and performance data that our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and that we record in log files. 5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We will keep your personal data only as long as it is necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal data longer than the period for which users have an account with us.

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymize that data, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal data is stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

However, we note that this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal, nor will it, where permitted by applicable law, affect the processing of your personal data carried out on legal bases for processing other than consent.

 

 

Unsubscribe from marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US REGARDING THIS NOTICE?” below. You will then be removed from our marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you – for example, to send you service-related messages that are essential for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

9. DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURE CONTROLS

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile apps include a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature or setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities tracked and collected. At this stage, a uniform technological standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has not been completed. As such, we do not currently respond to browser DNT signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted in the future that we are required to follow, we will inform you of such practices in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

In short: Yes, we will update this notice as needed to remain compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date at the top of this Privacy Notice.
